Returns and Refund Policy
At ORIAVI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 100% Love Guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your art, we will take it back. You can return or exchange your order for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the product you would like to return or exchange. We'll provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the cost of returning packages is paid by the customer.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and must not show any signs of use or damage. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We'll arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
We do our utmost to ensure that your orders are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your items arrived damaged, please keep all packaging and contents and contact us within a week at email@example.com or WhatsApp with your order number for further instructions. Please include a photo showing the problem on the product as well as the shipping packaging.
If you received a confirmation email that your order has shipped but you have not received the order in the maximum allotted time for the shipping method chosen, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp to arrange a replacement. For standard shipping, 20 business days must elapse before we are able to process a replacement for a "lost" order.
Custom orders, personalized orders, digital downloads, and items on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they were received damaged or defective.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
