Shipping Information
ORIAVI works with professional production partners across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. We aim to route each order through the nearest suitable production facility when available, taking the product type, destination and current production capacity into account. This can reduce transit time and, in some cases, result in faster delivery.
Canvas Wall Art shipping
All ORIAVI Canvas Wall Art currently includes free shipping, with no minimum order value and no discount code required. Shipping options for other product types are shown at checkout.
Production and delivery
Production begins after payment and, for custom or personalized artwork, after final design approval. Typical production and delivery is about 8–12 business days. Depending on the artwork, destination, production capacity, carrier and other circumstances, some orders may arrive sooner or take longer. This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Tracking details are emailed when available.
Multiple shipments
Items in the same order may arrive separately because they can be produced at different facilities.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled free of charge before it enters production or is shipped. Once production or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the parcel has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery under our Returns and Refund Policy.
Delays, loss and damage
Carrier delays and exceptional events may affect delivery times. If tracking stops updating, a parcel appears lost, or the item arrives damaged, contact us promptly at service@oriavi.com. For damage claims, keep the packaging and send clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Canvas and wall art arrive with no customs charges for you. For delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand, every ORIAVI canvas and wall-art print is produced locally and shipped within your own country or customs area. Orders to Switzerland and Norway are produced at our partner facility in Germany and delivered with no duties or import taxes for you to pay.
In the rare case that a special custom piece has to be produced in another country, we will always discuss this with you personally before production begins, so there are no surprises.
Other products, such as jewelry, are crafted by specialist makers and usually ship from a single location. Where local duties or import taxes apply to these items, they are payable by the customer.
