Where is your company located?
We are located in Germany. Our head office is located in Kaiserslautern, Rheinland-Pfalz. We are strictly based in the Germany and we are completely independent, we are not owned by a parent company or affiliated with another company.

Where Are Your Products Manufactured?
With our production facilities located in several countries around the world you can order from anywhere. We have 14 production facilities all around the world (US, Canada, Europa & Australia).

From which country is my order sent?
If you are in the US, Canada or Australia, your order will be made in the same country and if you are in Europe, it will made in Germany, Spain or Lithuania and then shipped to you.

What shipping methods do you use?
We will send you your Order tracking number via email.

Depending on the product we use either USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Ground or Ascendia.
