- Standard products remain eligible even when purchased on sale.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery and before returning the item.
- Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Custom and personalized products are not returnable after final design approval and production, except when damaged, defective, incorrect or not produced to the approved specification.
- Damage, defect and loss claims are handled through replacement or refund after review.
