2. Orders and contract
Product displays are invitations to place an order. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when ORIAVI sends an order confirmation or begins fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, availability or technical error and will refund any payment received.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown before payment. Payment is due when the order is placed.
4. Production and delivery
Many ORIAVI products are made to order. Production starts after payment and, for personalized products, after final design approval. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Items may be produced and shipped by different production partners or in separate parcels.
5. Custom and personalized products
You are responsible for reviewing names, wording, dimensions, colors and other design details before final approval. Once a custom or personalized design has been approved and production has begun, it cannot be returned or cancelled for change of mind. This does not affect claims for damage, manufacturing defects, an incorrect item, or other mandatory legal rights.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Orders cancelled before production or shipment are cancelled without charge. Standard, non-personalized items—including sale items—may be returned under our Returns and Refund Policy. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, or mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. 30-day ORIAVI Guarantee
In addition to statutory rights, eligible standard products are covered by ORIAVI's voluntary 30-day guarantee, calculated from the date of delivery. Full conditions appear on our Returns and Refund Policy and 30-Day Guarantee pages.
8. Damage, defects and lost shipments
Notify us promptly and provide reasonable evidence such as photographs. After assessment, we may repair, replace or refund the affected item. A shipment confirmed lost may be replaced; if a replacement cannot reasonably be supplied, a refund will be issued.
9. Intellectual property
Website content and ORIAVI designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer reproduction or commercial-use rights.
10. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence.
